Recovery done in-house

Many data recovery firms are front offices that send drives elsewhere. We do the work ourselves: diagnosis, cleanroom head replacement, board and firmware repair, imaging and RAID reconstruction all happen in our lab in London.

That keeps your device and your data in one place, with one team that knows its history, and lets us give you straight answers about what is and isn't recoverable.

How we handle your data

  • Devices are logged on arrival and stored securely while in the lab.
  • Recovered data is only accessed to check that the recovery worked.
  • Working copies are deleted once you confirm you have your files.
